Huaxin (Foshan) Color Printing Co., Ltd. was formerly Foshan Color Printing Factory, founded in 1964. In 2000, it was wholly-owned by Foshan Huaxin Packaging Co., Ltd. and achieved overall listing (Yuehua Package B, 200986). Currently, it is a state-owned printing and packaging enterprise controlled by China Paper Investment Co., Ltd. under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of China Chengtong Group.

For more than 50 years, Huaxin Color Printing has established a foothold in Foshan and has formed a market layout facing the whole country and taking into account overseas.

Due to the needs of production and development of the enterprise, Huaxin (Foshan) Color Printing Co., Ltd. applied for the environmental impact report of phase III expansion project of Huaxin (Foshan) Color Printing Co., Ltd. issued by the Environmental Protection Bureau of Chancheng District of Foshan City in June 2012, and obtained the reply document (No: cb2012-1-028) from the Environmental Protection Bureau of Chancheng District. The phase III expansion project is located in the plant area In the north, a new four storey factory with an area of 11833m2 and a building area of 47333m2 will be built, including warehouse on the first floor, offset printing workshop on the second and third floors, and flexo printing workshop on the fourth floor. The declared equipment includes 6 sets of Heidelberg offset press, 3 sets of die-cutting machine, 5 sets of box sticking machine, 3 sets of flexo press, 3 sets of AVT quality inspection machine and 6 sets of slitting machine. The annual output of packaging and decoration products of the third phase expansion project is 20000 tons. In the actual construction process, the construction unit has completed the civil work according to the original EIA content: build a new four floor factory with an area of 11833m2 and a building area of 47333m2, of which the first floor is the warehouse, the second floor is the offset printing workshop, the third floor is the rented warehouse, and the fourth floor is the flexible printing workshop.
