2. 4、 Supplier qualification requirements:

(1) The bidding company must have corresponding qualification and business license.

(2) The business scope of the bidding company includes property services or cleaning services. If the supplier is registered in other places, it must have a fixed office and business place in the urban area of Foshan (it is necessary to provide a house rental contract for more than one year);

(3) With more than one year's experience in local contracting service, it is not allowed to contract by name or subcontract after winning the bid;

(4) Priority shall be given to the original contractor, and those unqualified after one month's probation can be replaced;

(5) The copy of the query result page without illegal and dishonest behavior shall be stamped with official seal;

(6) Joint venture bidding is not accepted.

5、 Registration and acquisition of bidding documents:

3. Submission of application materials

6、 Time and method of bidding:

As the Spring Festival is approaching, considering the difficulties in recruiting workers, the bidding time is initially set for March 10, and the specific time will be announced later.

Bidding method: according to the information and requirements provided by the bid inviting party, the bid inviting party shall write out the contract scheme, and the scheme shall be submitted to the bid inviting party for review before February 5. The bidder shall determine its bid according to the information and contract content provided by the bid inviting party. The bid inviting party will set up an 11 member Bidding Committee. At that time, the bidder will introduce his company's situation, how to carry out the work on the bidding project, what standards to achieve, what services to provide, and how to manage. After the bidding company has introduced the situation, the bid inviting party will vote by secret ballot. In the first round, the top three bidders with the most votes will be selected. In the second round, the bidder with the most votes will be selected. When the current two votes are the same, the top two will be voted. Finally, the bidder with the most votes will win the bid. The successful bidder was announced on the spot.

8、 Signing contract

Both parties sign the contract for a probation period of 3 months. If the contract fails to meet the promised standard, the Contractor's qualification shall be cancelled after assessment, and all consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by themselves.
